Brief Description:

Before we can fully understand who we are, we must first understand whose we are. Through the book of Ephesians, I will invite women to discover what it means to be beautifully His—chosen, loved, and adopted as daughters of God, crowned by His grace, and created in Christ for a God-given purpose.

I love how naturally the message connects with the heart of Daughters of the King: Crowned by Grace, Rooted in Purpose, and I am looking forward to sharing it with the women.

Born in Japan and raised in Hawaiʻi, Emari earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. At the heart of everything she does is a commitment to servant leadership—connecting people with resources and opportunities and using her influence to help others and her community thrive.

Jean Kam serves on staff with The Navigators ministry at the University of Hawaiʻi alongside her husband, Ron. She also served as the Christian Education Director at Honolulu Christian Church for 16 years and currently her church's representative on the OMS of North America Holiness Shepherd Council. Dedicated to local ministry and discipleship for decades, she helps individuals develop a deeper understanding of Scripture and equip them with practical tools to study God's Word in their daily lives. Her greatest joy is, "Walking alongside others, helping them grow and deepen their personal relationship with God."
